The 5th Annual Choose and Move Festival is a free full day event that includes physical activity classes and games, healthy food, guest speakers, health screenings and health information and resources for the entire family. The Choose and Move Festival provides information on how you can reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease and other chronic diseases. The festival also provides opportunities to participate in a variety of free, fun physical activities.

The Choose and Move Festival is sponsored by the Community Partners for Better Health and is proudly co-sponsored by SNHD – Office of Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Promotion and many other agencies.
