The Get Healthy Initiative was launched in 2008 by the Office of Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Promotion.
The purpose of the Get Healthy Initiative is to promote and provide programs, advocacy, resources and information through community partnerships that help Clark County residents live healthier lifestyles.
