Shopping Healthy Tips

You don’t have to drastically change the way you shop to eat healthy. Use these tips to ensure you have the right foods in your healthy eating plan.

  • Shop the perimeter: Fresh produce, meat and seafood departments are usually found on the outer edge of grocery stores, which is where you want to concentrate most of your shopping.
