How do I get a Health Card?
Call (702) 759-1099 for the nearest location and hours for health card processing between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday or visit the Health Cards web pages for more information.
How do I get immunizations for my child?

Where can I get a flu shot?
Flu shots are available at several public health centers from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Monday through Friday. The cost is $30 without insurance. For more information about flu shots visit our Flu Vaccine webpage at www.southernnevadahealthdistrict.org.

How do I report illness after eating at a restaurant?
First, report your illness to your physician. Then complete the online Foodborne Illness Complaint Form or call the Southern Nevada Health District’s Office of Epidemiology at (702) 759-1300 to report your illness.
