Special Populations High School Advocacy Program Evolvement is a youth organization that engages young people in the process of social change. Evolvement is NOT a club – it’s a cause. It is open to all high school students that live in Southern Nevada. Youth work on campaigns to promote specific objectives that contribute to a Smokefree Vegas.
