Nutrition Challenge

Eating fruits and vegetables is an important part of a healthy diet. This free 8-week online program will help you increase the number of fruits and vegetables you eat each day.

The CDC recommends adults eat a minimum of 4.5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day. But did you know that less than one in four adults in Clark County meet that recommendation?
