The Nutrition Challenge is not a diet. It is a tool to help you eat healthier by allowing you to track the number of servings of fruits and vegetables you eat. You will be able to track your daily and weekly progress throughout the program.

Each week you will be provided with helpful tips to help you achieve your goals such as how to read a nutrition label, healthy recipes that incorporate fruits and vegetables and tips to help you snack healthy.
