Revisit Your Resolutions Logo

Remember those health resolutions you set back in January? Well, it’s time to revisit them. The Revisit Your Resolutions Challenge is a free online program that challenges you each week to adopt a new healthy behavior.

Each Monday you will be e-mailed a 'health challenge' for the week. Be sure to track your weekly progress by using the online tracker on the website and you can be eligible for prizes! We’ll also provide lots of tips, resources and motivation to help you meet the challenge.
