Take the Stairs Program
Taking the stairs is a quick way for people to add physical activity to their day. Taking the stairs requires little additional time, no wardrobe change, minimal effort, no special skills and will help to increase daily physical activity.
Post 'Take the Stairs' signs by the elevator at your worksite to encourage people to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
